BARCELONA TRANSPORT

Public transport is the most practical way of getting around the city. The same ticket can be used for buses, tram and metro. Tickets can be purchased at the metro stations and on the buses. The price for a single ticket is 2 Euros.

Pitch 1 The T10 ticket (9.80 Euros) is a multi-person travel card valid for 10 intermodal journeys. The Zone 1 T10 is valid for the main city centre areas and can be used in metro, FGC (FGC run train lines similar to the metro around the city centre) buses, tram and RENFE regional rail. Passengers have 75 minutes between the first and last validation when changing lines or mode of transport. It can be purchased at the entrance to any metro station, at the train station of Airport Terminal 2, and some newsstands. Note that the T10 is not valid for the airbus (bus from the airport)

Besides the single ticket, and the T-10 you have other options:
If you're visiting Barcelona, choose the Hola BCN! 2-, 3-, 4- or 5-day travel card and plan your routes around the city and the metropolitan area on public transport: metro, bus (TMB), urban railway (FGC), tram (TRAM) and regional rail (Rodalies de Catalunya).

  • Three-day travel card that includes unlimited: 19,20 Euros
